The Patriots benefit every year from a weak division. And they are benefitting this year from an easy schedule.
Everyone you are arguing against has the Patriots #1 in their power rankings. And admits the Pat's are the best team over the last 10 - 20 years.
But still you cannot accept the Pats benefit from an easy schedule and weak division.
You can sue anybody over anything. That doesn't mean your case won't get thrown out. Or that you will win. But as long as you are able to pay the lawyers, they will sue anybody. They get paid regardless.
