Actually, it is "You Get Me" and it is currently on NETFLIX if you have that.

The Movie is basically about this guy (after breaking up with his girlfriend) has a weekend fling with another girl (played by Bella Thorne) and then after that, he then gets back together with his former girlfriend and breaks it off with Bella Thorne and then for the rest of the Movie, Bella Thorne is basically a Psychotic Ex-Girlfriend (and she actually does a pretty good job at playing it) who goes after the guy and his girlfriend.
