For his age, he looks pretty good.
I have relatives his age who don't look nearly as healthy.
I would say this even if I liked him politically but he looks like a dead bloated beached whale carcass with a bad hairpiece. I shudder to think what your relatives look like. He honestly does not look too bad for his age. My specialty is Geriatric and Extended Care and 90% of my patients are his age. Most of them do not look that good.
