He honestly does not look too bad for his age. My specialty is Geriatric and Extended Care and 90% of my patients are his age. Most of them do not look that good. He looks like a keg of mayonnaise left out in the sun too long. I know you skew right and Republican (which is fine) but anyone saying that he looks good is drinking too much of the kool-aid. The guy is funny looking. No doubt about that. I am just saying from a pure age standpoint. Trump is 73 years old. Sure, I have seen better looking 73 year olds, but in all honesty he does not look too bad. I have seen 60 year old who look like they have one foot in the grave and 90 year olds who look great and still work out like they are 40. There are extremes, but I would wager that Trump is above average for his age. He is slightly overweight and could afford to lose about 15 pounds, but his skin looks decent and he is not morbidly obese or anything.
