Well-designed modern pressure cookers have very, very low risk of explosion when used properly. Why would you want to control a cooking pot from your phone? The whole point of a pressure cooker is to dramatically cut the amount of time it takes to cook a dish; it's the opposite of a slow-cooker. If you can't be bothered to directly monitor a cooking pot, you shouldn't be cooking.
