Is this a serious question? What sane person would choose the former option? It's called "a rhetorical question". Look it up. We have to consider the source though. You said the Saints went 13-3 and missed the playoffs, which never happened. You made up a story about the Eagles firing a coach after he called a pass play, which never happened. I made an extensive evaluation of the Patriots results over the years, proving the Patriots even at their best, frequently lose games within their division-- and you still insist they coast to the playoffs (and apparently through the playoffs?). You want to sue the NFL over a bad call. We can't assume you're making a rational point at any time. You brought this on yourself.
