So good ol' Nicolas Cage has done a good amount of films in the last decade. These are some of the lesser known newer Cage films I seen and what I thought. Please share your thoughts on these films assuming anyone but me has seen them.
Running with the Devil (2019)
This film is really a generic drug drama with Cage staring as a drug mule/cook. Very forgettable film has Cage saying and doing very little.

The Runner (2015)
This one is has Cage as a politician in the wake of the BP oil spill. Dull as hell. Lot of copies flooded Dollar Stores right after the DVD came out.

The Trust (2016)
Cage and Elijah Wood are cops trying to break into a vault. Not much for plot but Cage is more entertaining here. Last film of Jerry Lewis.

Inconceivable (2017)
A couple hires a surrogate mother and little does she know shes a psycho. Generic but watchable.

211 (2018)
Cage is a cop in the middle of a bank robbery heist. Lacks solid character development. Even Cage said this was disappointing.

A Score to Settle (2019)
In this film Cage is wrongfully locked up for almost 20 years for a murder he did not do. Nothing that good but Cage looks like he cares more here.

Looking Glass (2018)
Cage and his wife buys a motel but it has a two way mirror to see in the rooms. Again nothing special but at least watchable.

The Humanity Bureau (2018)
Future thriller has Cage helping a family in a economic recession. Some clever thoughts but pretty mediocre.

Vengeance: A Love Story (2017)
This one Im OK with. Cage is a cop killing a group of rapists. Flawed but not bad.

Mom and Dad (2017)
Parents start killing their kids. This was just flat out dumb.

Arsenal (2017)
Cage in crappy wig and fake nose plays his character Eddie from Deadfall again.

USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage (2016)
A navy ship is sunk by a Japanese submarine leaving 890 crewmen stranded in shark infested waters. Cage is good here but this could have been better.

Dog Eat Dog (2016)
Weird film has Cage and Willem Dafoe kidnapping a baby.

Dying of the Light (2014)
Cage plays a C.I.A. agent tracking down the man who tortured him. This one is alright.

Left Behind (2014)
Cage hits his all time low. I know he had tax issues but damn. Cage trying to land a plane during the end of the world. Poorly made, written and directed. One of the worst movies I have ever seen.
