I don't have a real problem with it. I'm a little "off," when we Spring Ahead, for a few of days. But, I'm acclimated by Wednesday. And, I love it being lighter later.
Falling Back doesn't bother me, in terms of it being a change. I don't care for the early darkness. However, I start looking forward to December 21st, when the daylight begins to increase, again.
