I'm also not used to the argument Captain America is lazy, so I've never thought to refute it with he's a sick man.
No, in the context of the argument I felt like I was refuting Captain America being on death's doorstep before the serum. I can't stress enough I did not miss the part where Captain America was unfit for duty. Everyone who said he wasn't lazy is right. Now I'm saying it too.
