Your jumping off point is still that MCU fans said this and that. It's like you think the criticisms are canon. I've never seen anyone argue Rogers had severe health problems and I didn't get it from the movie, so to me it looks like you're inventing their arguments for them and refuting that. That or you've heard it before somewhere, but then decided because someone said it, we all think it. That's what makes that argument dead in the water for me. MCU fans said this? No, I didn't. Is this a serious argument? Well there's a difference between health problems and severe health problems. I didn't miss the part where he was unfit to serve, I just didn't remember specifically his report included Scarlet Fever, frequent colds, heart palpitations. I'm also not used to the argument Captain America is lazy, so I've never thought to refute it with he's a sick man.
No, in the context of the argument I felt like I was refuting Captain America being on death's doorstep before the serum. I can't stress enough I did not miss the part where Captain America was unfit for duty. Everyone who said he wasn't lazy is right. Now I'm saying it too.
