If someone in a wheelchair wanted to serve, does that make them a selfish asshole? If they wanted to serve by selling war bonds or becoming a recruiter, then that's not selfish. But if they want to go out in the field and fight the enemy, that Yes, that is selfish because they're a liability on the battlefield and that would put their fellow soldiers at risk. There are many jobs in the army that don't include combat. Rogers obviously wanted to be more involved than just selling bonds at home. Such veterans should be commended. Only a total douch would argue otherwise. So, you were wrong to say Rogers was lazy and you're wrong to shit on veterans who are not physically capable of front line combat. Would you like to continue digging ... or is this where you typical flee with your tail between your legs?
