Well there's a difference between health problems and severe health problems. I didn't miss the part where he was unfit to serve, I just didn't remember specifically his report included Scarlet Fever, frequent colds, heart palpitations. I'm also not used to the argument Captain America is lazy, so I've never thought to refute it with he's a sick man.
No, in the context of the argument I felt like I was refuting Captain America being on death's doorstep before the serum. I can't stress enough I did not miss the part where Captain America was unfit for duty. Everyone who said he wasn't lazy is right. Now I'm saying it too.
The medical report just shows that Steve Rogers is an extremely selfish asshole whom doesn't give a shit that he would be a liability on the battlefield and would put his fellow soldiers at risk since his fellow soldiers would not only have to fight their own battles but also fight Rogers' battles. None of that's true. His first real act of battle was liberating his captured allies, walking back to camp and offering himself for discipilinary action, which was refused. He then went on to be the poster boy for using his strength for the war effort. He did it throughout the rest of the movie, culminating in his decision to lay down his life to save millions of others, and this put him on a path to saving half of all life in the universe.
