Have the Super Bowl played outdoors on the East coast only. No domes, no warm weather. Actually, it should be on a rotating basis. Every city should be able to hols the Super Bowl including Green Bay in February. But one thing I would do is eliminate the Pro Bowl. Completely useless game.
