I call bullshit on #11. Those words are from the extended lyrics to the song, they are not the lyrics that I regularly heard when I watched the show.

Agree about question 11. Those words were not part of the theme as it ran on the show's regular opening credits.

I don't remember those words being in the theme.

I recall them being played in the show's very first episode, and they probably used the full tune a few more times during the first season. But it was cut back to the one most viewers recall very early in the show's run.
