Except if a guy punched someone in the face on the street he would get hit with some degree of assault charge. But if a guy clubs someone on the street over the head with a bat or a baton, now he gets additional and more severe charges. Case closed. *mic drop* So what you’re saying is the dude should’ve just used his hands if he wanted to knock the guy out? Ok then. He should’ve used his hands to settle a fight. Why is he trying to knock out anyone in the first place? That’s not helping your argument. |
