One of the worst of the Bond movies. It shares a 1/10 rating with three other Bond movies that I think were even worse (Never Say Never Again, A View to a Kill, and Casino Royale 2006).
Just not inspired or inspiring. Bond killing a beautiful chick makes this a movie no heterosexual man could relate to. I know he had his reasons, but simply crippling and capturing her would make her ineffective.
The very worst is still "A View to a Kill". Everything is boring and stupid and hate mongering about it. The plot goes nowhere, the action is dull, the wit is dull, it has what is undeniably the worst ever Bond song, sounding like fingernails on a chalkboard more than music, the worst song ever from a usually inspired artist. Even the title is stupid. What in the world is "a view to a kill"? Something that Beavis and Butthead would say?
