I still miss the Montreal elb's While the Canadiens logo still stands and is associated with more success (not now, but in history), I always felt the Expos logo was more iconic, to an extent:

I guess the "L" is only visible because they wanted to emphasize on the "e" and "b" while making a connection with the Canadiens colors. Still one of the best concept of all time, to the point it got ranked #12 on the list of the 30 best baseball logos of all time by ESPN:

I own two different models.
Until this came up I never noticed the lower case e before. What about the rumor of that being a blue lower case b for baseball though?
