Once - back in grade 12.
A locker was on fire, so it set the alarms off. It was right at the end of the day, so we were told to go home. We all couldn't go back in the school to get our books in the classroom - nor to our lockers to get our coats. Of course, it was raining that day. But, that didn't matter....
No homework that night!
