And? Josh Trank is an egotistical weirdo with serious, unhealthy issues who got lucky with his first movie Chronicle(In which the editor really made the it work) and burned a ton of bridges in the industry on his Fantastic Four movie to where he was such a pain in the rear end to work with and be around that he lost the opportunity to make a Star Wars movie an adaptation of Shadow of Colossus. Also, his original vision of the Fantastic Four would not have been anything to write home about, it still would've been as big a piss on the source material as the actual movie was. His opinion doesn't matter much, and apparently he thinks so to which he is why deleted his Twitter post and account. To add to that slightly, it's gotten more and more annoying over the years that directors and whoever will boast about their original version never making it to the screen. Release the such and such cut. There's never any evidence the would-be original copy is any great loss. I heard there was a lot of studio interference and someone on the set vouched for it, but is that all? Maybe their interference made a bad film worse? Maybe we got the better version. Maybe we got the solid brown shit version instead of slimy green version you get when you're sick. Case in point, Thor: The Dark World. I wouldn't be surprised if that was one of the rare cases when Kevin Feige had to step in because the original version directed by Alan Taylor was so sh!t - which is actually plausible since Terminator Genisys, which Taylor probably had more creative freedoms, turned out to be a colossal embarrassment.
