So how did it go, did you eat the whole thing  I had two pieces...it turned out very good, id say. The one thing Id do next time is egg wash the top crust just to make it brown a little more. It was fine but very light on top. Also my pecan pies were some of the best ive ever made. Not sure what i did but the filling turned out more gooey than fluffy and it was delicious.
