"Feologild Oakes" said that she was on the "CLONE WARS" TV Show and that I should google her.

Then, just read her biography on Wookiepedia. Star Wars doesn't have a lot of female villains, and most of them are non-canon.

She first appeared in Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003-05) and later appeared in The Clone Wars (2008-14). She was apprenticed as an assassin by Count Dooku and fought Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi on numerous occasions.
