Wish You Were Here is a great album, too. When I hear "rock opera," I think of Tommy. Not a fan of Tommy, either, although I do like some of the songs. Errr, I meant moments in the libretto. Now I will be punished. But back to The Wall (no pun intended - I swear with fingers crossed), hot damn if Gilly hasn't still got it. I always thought Gilmour was underrated. He has a very fluid style and a tone all his tone. The Wall actually has three of my favorites Gilmour leads. Another Brick in the Wall (Pt 2!), Comfortably Numb, and Mother (from around 4:00-4:30 in the vid below)...
