A friend was on a ski lift with Jack Nicholson.

(Tersely) "Yes, I am."
End of conversation.
While admittedly not a heart-warming moment, I would MUCH rather be on the end of a "conversation" like this one, than any one of hundreds of soul-crushingly bad tirades some celebrities have gifted their fans with over the years, for nothing more than the "crime" of uttering the words, "Hey, aren't you <Insert Celebrity Name Here> ??)."
