I'm on keto, and the one thing I can't really phase out of are sweets. It's funny because I've always been more of a salt guy, but I've found friendly substitutes in that category (ie, pork rinds instead of potato chips). But when I'm craving candy or pastry like cinnamon rolls, nothing else will cut it.
So less of that, more oatmeal and fruit or something.
