This is my surprised and shocked face -> FWIW, the "I wrote poetry in my teens/20s and got glowing reviews" wouldn't surprise me if it was true. Yeah, taken in single doses, these don’t seem that out there. The notion she was a bass player wasn’t exactly over the top. But if you look at her posting history, she’s a lot like Molar/Maya on RFS: qualifications and experiences always seem to sprout AFTER encountering a challenge. I think Maya had given herself seven different degrees at one point because she couldn’t remember which lies she already told. Smelled funny and I thought I’d check and, yep: one of those. Now she’s trying “Well, I USED to be a bass player...” when the conversation in which she insisted she was a bass player is less than 24 months old. She can’t stop lying. And your only retarded deduction for that is that I don't think Paul McCartney is a genius bass player.
My favorite bass player is John Paul Jones. I think he plays better than McCartney. The fact that you think someone has to like a certain bass player to be qualified in your simple mind as a 'real' bass player is beyond stupid.
One more thing, idiot -- if you hadn't played a certain instrument in years, would you still say you're a -insert instrument here- player? If I haven't played an instrument in years, like the bass, I'm not going to call myself a 'bass player'. I said I have played the bass before, but I'm not a professional bass player.
I'm done with you and your stupidity, Sherlock.
