How would you feel if Thor used his lightning to raise skeletons to fight for him? That’s kind of a random thing to ask. I’d consider something like that to be weird regardless of which superhero were to do it. It's pretty much as weird as WW lassoing lightning. Hela can raise the dead. Hela is Thor's sister. So Thor using his lightning to raise the dead follows a similar logic to WW lassoing lightning.
