I disagree. Galactus is way more powerful than Thanos. He can consume entire planets. Thanos, for the most part, wanted to preserve the universe by wiping half of all sentient life. Fans have noted that if you split Earth's population in half, it would likely rebound in full in about 50 years. Once Galactus consumes a planet, it's gone forever. But Thanos in Endgame wanted to destroy the entire universe. I know, but I'm talking in terms of their power. Even with the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos is a highly evolved alien of god-like powers. Galactus is a cosmic entity on a universal scale and is capable of way more damage.
