Man, Disney Star Wars is failing. /sarcasm You would think that based on the fact you are clearly a braindead turnip who doesn't actually understand the nuance of the situation, even if TROS hits the same numbers as TLJ did in the end that is still a 33% loss of their film audience, which combined with back to back 20% drops year to year into SW merch sale is over a 33% drop in their retail sales, meaning in terms of movies and merch Disney lost 1/3 of it's peak audience in just 4 years, that is considered failing because their numbers are on the decline.
Now are they destitute, going broke, unsustainable, bankrupt, done, finished, over, dead? no nothing that severe but they are on a failing path and need to make changes if they keep falling, if this is where they plateau then that's fine it's their "safe space" which is a great safe space to be at if they work their numbers right and don't mind not being the big dog in the yard anymore, but if they want to reach their past heights or higher then they will need to make changes.
As I have noted to you in the past BVS was the #7 movie of the year in 2016 but it lost WB like $40m as a theatrical release, making it a theatrical bomb, the fact it almost grossed $900m and was the 7th highest grossing movie of the year did not change that, Deadpool that same year made $90m less than BVS but was one of the most successful films in terms of ROI that year, just like even if TROS were to gross $2b it would be less successful a film than Joker, because TROS cost between $400-500m to make and market where as Joker cost about 1/4 of that and managed to still gross $1b, you utter pleb.
