Neither "directing" (ie rushed pacing, chaos action, erratic editing, overacting, lense flares, monochrome cinematography and color grading...) nor "writing" (ie fanfiction-level efforts lazily pandering to the lowest common denominator).
Now, I have become death, the destroyer of franchises. Star Trek and Star Wars send their obituaries.
