IMO
OT is excellence itself, except for the insistence to shove in last minute silliness like Ewoks; and in the SE- Muppet song and dance routines into ROTJ
TPM is simply one of the worst movies ever. Lets not argue about that. Its just my opinion.
AOTC is slightly better but badly hampered by a poorly executed love story.
ROTS is good, but its too little too late to save that particular trilogy.
TFA is re-hashy, but it also goes in some new directions.
TLJ is so contrarian a movie that it makes one uneasy.
TROS is left in the unenviable position of having to right the ship in one last movie, which is near impossible. IMO its a magic trick that Abrams was able to do anything at all with it.
