Somebody mentioned Divergent, I'd argue that was a failed franchise and doesn't qualify as a 'mega franchise'
I've seen the entire Harry Potter catalog and haven't liked any of them (my wife is a big fan, if you're wondering why I kept watching them)
Plenty of franchises I've seen one entry and that was enough (Fast & Furious, Transformers, Hunger Games, for example)
