I don't consider my points as being "plotholes" at all. Rather, slight divergences. I love the show to the nth degree. Well, in any case, what do you think of my counterpoints? I agree with most of them, for sure. I'm still VERY concerned about Counterpoint #4, frankly. I mean, what do we know about Manhattan's physical nature? If Ozymandias' trap at the end of the graphic novel did NOT work, that eventually means that his physical body is supposed to be a mere accessory. I can agree with your Counterpoint #5, yes it makes sense, but I'm still puzzled at the show adopting the theory that his "Manhattan organism" is a modified, altered version of the human one, having a "nuclear energy"-based nature (so why doesn't he affect anyone else around him with mortal radiations?). This is my only big complain about the show, if you don't consider it as a parallel dimension.
