The Vegas Golden Knights just fired head coach Gerald Gallant. This is beyond surprising.
Let's review for a minute......
In their inaugural season, the guy coaches them to the Stanley Cup Finals, a first for any expansion team in any team sport.
The 2nd season, they make the playoffs again and are eliminated in a Game 7 where a very questionable penalty call leads to a incredible Sharks comeback.
The 3rd season, they are currently in the playoff picture again, at times leading the division.
The Knights have just lost 4 games in a row, but they fire this guy??
