Peter's intent is irrelevant. What's relevant is the fact that Tony Stark, a private citizen, was in possession of 100s of military attack drones capable of targeting anyone or any city anywhere in the world. Governments might want to have control of military attack drones. But there's no legitimate reason for a private citizen like Tony Stark to have control of 100s of military attack drones, unless he was a terrorist. If Tony wanted the drones to be used against alien threats, then he should've turned the drones over to the government so that government leaders, elected by the people, would be the only ones who could order a strike. A private citizen, not elected by the people, who has control of 100s of military attack drones and who can unilaterally, without any checks or protocols, order a strike against anyone or any city anywhere in the world is a terrorist who is just as much a threat to the world as an alien threat. So you're saying that Tony Stark wanted to give control of 100s of military attack drones capable of targeting anyone or any city anywhere in the world to an irresponsible, high school kid? And this is why a lot of MCU fans are running away from here. No matter how they explain things to you, you continue with your own BS-parroting. The only BS are the weak excuses for Steve Rogers spitting on "truth, justice, and the American way" by aiding and abetting someone who choked an injured and defenseless woman to death to flee from law enforcement officers and the weak excuses for Tony Stark, a private citizen, to have unilateral control of 100s of military attack drones that can kill anyone anywhere in the world.
