like how Captain America went back to deliver the infinity stones off to safe places and go to see and live life with his beloved Peggy Carter. Crisis on Infinite Earths didn't send anyone back in time to permanently erase someone's children from history like how Steve Rogers went back in time and permanently erased Peggy Carter's children from history. Hmmm...So you agree with me at least regarding Oliver Queen's sacrifice, his funeral, the music, and the potentially numerous other comparisons then? Still a "wrap up loose ends" plot device for the sake of it to make every character happy, and given how you call out many MCU movies for ripping off other DC shows and movies for very vague reasons two can play that game if you've ever heard the expression, right? Also, by combining both universes into one the billions of other people who had existed on both were likely erased and replaced with different versions that can occupy it, which means families and children were dusted out of existence juuuuuuust to make Barry, Kara, Sarah, John, Cisco, Iris, Caitlyn, Ray, etc. happy. And do they address this and think it was an injustice to do so? Nope, they embrace it with glee. Now, if a Marvel character expressed the same emotion to a similar event in their movie or even TV series you would call them monsters.
