How will we tip in the cashless society?

While tipping is a very cultural thing to do in many places\countries, it should neither be a requirement, nor an entitlement. Tipping needs to be done at the behest and generosity of the customer and not a forced action. I rarely tip and where I live it is NOT exactly expected. Prices charged need to reflect the business needs for overheads and profit. Businesses can just pay their staff better wages, if they are having to rely on tips.
