He was part of The Dungeon of Doom's plan to end Hulkamania:
Fast forward to the 2:10 mark - he's wrapped in Mummy cloth -
He and 'The Giant' wrapped their arms around / sandwiched The Hulkster because they were trying to squeeze the life out of him.
He wasn't seen much after this debut - he probably fled back to the wilderness / mountains / Siberia where he came from.
