I don't seem to remember this alleged incident of McNabb puking during the super bowl. So, I took it upon myself to research it extensively on the internet and this must be an urban legend, however, apparently what people saw was McNabb coughing and it was assumed he must have been puking. Or it was pre-game when he did it. Either way, Mcnabb had a history of puking sometime on gameday. lol....
At least according to this article, this is most likely what it was. Although, two teammates ( Lito Sheppard & Jon Ritchie) did openly admit that McNabb did puke during the game.

But again, no actual video footage of it happening. It seems as if this was started as a sports show thing in Philly and went on from there. Instead of saying he "choked" they would say he "puked".
