I’m not knocking Eli. I voted yes on this poll and his rings speak for themselves. But outside of the ring years what was he? A steady, healthy, decent quarterback with a .500 record INCLUDING the SB years. Who did Warner have in Arizona? Fitzgerald, Boldin and a washed up James? That sounds pretty good to me. 2 all pro receivers opens up things for everyone else, even a washed up James. And Eli always had good running backs and fair to good WRs. |
