Didn't like Prometheus (2012) at all (bar the visuals), so my enthusiasm and expectations for Covenant are quite low. I do believe it has a real chance of surpassing that earlier movie though.
Not a chance it will surpass Alien (1979), however, and EXTREMELY doubtful it will match Alien (1986) or Alien 3 (1992).
