Hey, let me tell you something man.
First Off, I think that it is VERY BRAVE of you for coming on here and revealing that to us.
It shows that you have a heck of a lot of guts, strength, and integrity in you. God Bless You for that!
Secondly and as I am sure you already know since I have already talked about this several times, I myself have a mental disability (and I really don't like calling it that).
My Official Diagnosis is "Asperger's with Acute Anxiety" which basically means (to me at least) that I know a heck of a lot of things but that I also get very nervous, anxious, annoyed, impatient, upset, angry, or frustrated very easily.
As I have said before though, I have never once looked my diagnosis as a disability or an illness but just simply a part of who I am.
It has been hard and I have made a lot of mistakes in my life because of it but as time has gone on, I have actually learned to use my diagnosis in a way to help me grow as a person and to learn from my mistakes so that I never make them again. I am actually proud that I have it and I have never once let it stop me and there is no way, no chance in hell that I will ever let it stop me.
Obviously, That is how it is when it comes to myself.
When it comes to you however, The Best Advice that I can give you is that whatever the problem is or how it turns out, just take it 1 day at a time and always Always ALWAYS try to stay positive (even in a very small way for a couple of seconds if you can) whenever you are having a hard time with something, with anything.
It may not seem, look, or feel like it will help but it most definitely will. 
So learn from it now.
Whatever mistakes you have made, look back at them and what you may have done that caused them and make sure that whatever it was that caused them, you don't do it again.
