For an Example, Here are My own Top 5 Favorites below.
1. Reverend Lowe / The Werewolf (Everett McGill) - SILVER BULLET
2. Christine - CHRISTINE
3. Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson) - THE SHINING
4. Richard Straker (James Mason) - SALEM's LOT (1979) - Even though it's a Mini-Series, I myself consider it to be just 1 Big Long Movie. 
5. Rose The Hat (Rebecca Ferguson) - DOCTOR SLEEP
