Several years ago I discovered a promising album via a YouTube compilation video. So I checked out what songs from the album were available. There were about four complete songs from the album on YouTube, and I really liked them all. Then, since I didn't get to hear the whole album, I checked out the album reviews, and the reviews were all wildly positive. So I went to Amazon.com to buy it and... not for sale. I was beyond annoyed.

So now, wherever I start playing an album on YouTube and am immediately impressed, I stop playing it, go over to Amazon, and make sure they offer it in a CD format. If they do, I then proceed to listen to the whole album.
