Where to go from Buenos Aires?

Ushiaia is exactly where I am going next

First I take the boat from Montevideo to Buenos Aires and then plane to Ushaiaia and then boat to a penguine colony and then I am sure I will not want to go back home to NYC after that experience and will attempt to live on the penguin island and see where it goes from there :-)
