I have too many favorites from that decade to whittle it down to 25, but I don't know if I rate any of them 10/10.

Fair enough, that's just I did it.

All my 10s and 9s made the cut, then I just went through my 8s to fill out the 25. As I said it was a little arbitrary, but its not like I have to live or die by this list.

Even Blade Runner doesn't get a 10?
