Since I lost my father when I was only five, I tend to like the episodes that showcased Jim and/or Margaret (the parents) better than the rest. "Brief Holiday" from Season 3;"It's a Small World" from Season 5; "Margaret's Old Flame" and "Bicycle Trip for Two" from Season 6 are my favorites.
As far as the whole family is concerned, I like (in no particular order):
Crisis Over a Kiss and The Great Anderson Mystery from Season 5
The Angel's Sweater and Short Wave from Season 3
The Trial; Tell It to Mom; and A Friend in Need from Season 4
And I absolutely hate:
No Apron Strings from Season 3
