Should foreign movies really win Best Pic?

Only if they don't also submit for Best Foreign (or whatever they call it in any particular year). And I say this as someone who realized yesterday, after going through all the BP winners of the decade, that Parasite was my favorite among them. It's nothing against Parasite, but I think it's unfair for studios to submit to BP, and then to hedge their bets by also submitting for Best Foreign or Animated Film. It's double dipping, and I don't like it.
