Should foreign movies really win Best Pic?

I'd have no real problem with that, but they would need to change the title of the award from "best picture" to "best picture in the English language"

Then they'd obviously get vilified for not allowing "foreigners" to be included in their top prize. So, no, it ain't going to happen. It's a global film awards ceremony.
