You are biased against American films in English, when these films are the ones that prop up the industry. Like crooked politicians, the Academy has been disloyal. Are you too? So many questions. I'll start with these: 1) How am I biased? My No.1 film of the year was an American movie. 2) Who am I being disloyal to? You are often deriding American productions. Was your favourite American film one of the nominees? Supporting the Academy’s disloyalty to its own industry.
