I just felt it seemed odd, that if it was considered for best of international film, then wouldn't that by default of nomination process, make it the best feature documentary, since it was honored twice in 2 different categories? Both these categories are for the film as a 'whole', not a sub-component, like some other technical aspect of the film getting nominated. It is the same principal as Parasite's nominations.
