Each year I send my mom a huge bouquet of flowers, like 75 or so roses, with a sweet anonymous note as if from her a secret admiror. she always calls me after to tell me about it and that day each year she is Without a doubt the Happiest I hear her be in that year. Its incredible how much happines it brings her. I hope to be able to do this every year until one of us dies and hope she keeps getting as happy about it as she has been until now. Honestly that call from her being all happy and giddy is the best valentines present I could ever get. That really is cool.....but you give no indication if she has any clue it's from you. Do you think she does ?? SAVE FERRIS no she does not. she has been investigating for years too. she asks all her friends and relatives and keeps on guessing. she works with a lot of people so the potential pool of admirors is big. plus i change the type of flowers and time of delivery and notes a bit each year to make it harder to guess who its from and last year i even intentionally picked flowers I very well know she Doesnt like just to throw her off from any potential suspicion that it might be me, (she knows I know that she doesnt really like tulips) and the funniest thing was she called and was like “oh well this year he sent me... tulips.... well at least now I know he doesnt know me That well” (but she still loved the gesture). I am also famously not into valentine plus i live on a different continent and in a different timezone and change the time of delievery so sometimes she gets it when i still sleep and when she calls me I am like “what whats today? oh that... mum i am just waking up i dint eveen know what today was”. . She has had a very hard life and is a cancer survivor and experienced death of the most loved ones and has been working with disabled people all her life, devoting her life to others so to speak and she has always missed romance in her life so this really gives me a great joy to do this for her.
